                  We provide structural engineering services to Architects, Developers, Contractors, Home owners, etc. We have licensed professional engineer in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania & Ohio. We provide structural engineering as an engineer of record for steel, concrete, wood, cold formed framed structures. Our majority work is comprised of low to mid rise buildings for commercial office, retail, multifamily dwellings like apartments & condos, motels, warehouses, school and restaurants.

               We provide specialty Structural engineering for buildings in cold formed steel Design & drawings for mid to high rise Hotels, Department stores, Office buildings. We provide structural Steel roof truss design & detailing.

               We also provide structural engineering services as an engineer of record for one & two family dwelling residential projects from single room addition to complete construction documents for custom homes. We provide Wind load Analysis for additions to an existing house.

               Our majority of projects are in Washington-Baltimore Metro Area however we would be happy to provide our engineering services in states based on our Professional license.
